Qiyao Peng is a PhD student at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research focuses on how emerging media technologies and message design shape health behaviors and outcomes, with a particular emphasis on cancer-related preventative care. She also investigates the spread and public interpretation of AI-generated content in digital environments. Her first pet was a tiny tortoise named “little camel”.
